Cornflake Cake Ingredients needed:
- 2 eggs (only the yolks are taken)
- 200 grams of refined white sugar
- 400 grams of wheat flour
- 25 grams of powdered milk
- 250 grams of cornflakes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 400 grams of butter
How to make:
- Put the butter, eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla into a bowl and mix until well blended.
- When the butter, eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla are well mixed. Then enter the flour and milk powder into a bowl containing butter, eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla while sifting.
- After entering the flour into the butter dough bowl, then stir until blended using a wooden spoon or spatula.
- Prepare the cornflakes, then start adding the cornflakes to the dough bowl and mix all the ingredients using a spatula or wooden spoon until evenly distributed.
- When all the ingredients are well mixed, cover the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Then take the dough about 1/2 tablespoon or 10-15 grams and shape according to taste.
- After that arrange on a baking sheet and make sure to adjust the distance. Because 1/2 tablespoon of dough can later expand to double its size.
- When it's finished forming and arranging you can bake it in the oven at 175 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the cornflake cake dish, then let it rest for a moment. If it's not too hot, you can serve it on a plate or store it in a jar.
